Xtreme Karting Edinburgh are delighted to be involved and help with the charity event in memory of David Ball, raising money for CHAS and Maggies.

Diary dates for the qualifying races on the 4th, 5th March with the final on the 7th March! Should be great week with lots of money being raised.

Below is the schedule for the 4th and 5th March 2013:

• Team Endurance Format
• 12 teams with 6 in each team
• 6.15pm arrival (6.30pm latest) finish approximately 10.00pm
• Qualifying session for pole position
• 2hrs Non-Stop racing
• Top 6 teams with the most laps will qualify for the Final on the 7th March

Grand Final on the 7th March:

• Team Endurance Format
• 6 teams from both 4th and 5th March (12 in total)
• 6.00pm arrival (6.15pm latest) finish approximately 10.00pm
• Qualifying Session for Pole Position
• 2hrs Non-Stop Racing
• Top 3 teams on the podium receiving their trophies!!

To race in the qualifying round will cost £40 / driver for the Qualifying rounds, and £25 for the Final race event.

Malcolm will be back contending the 2013 Celtic Speed Scottish Mini Cooper Cup, driving with Team Sleigh Racing.

After a great 2012 season, Malcolm is aiming for championship honours this year and is delighted to be returning with Team Sleigh. The team were excellent last year providing a competitive car and driving Malcolm on as a driver, both parties feeling there is more to come.

Rumour has it, a certain British Touring Car Championship would like to see the Minis back on their race card as well for at least one round this year…
